When a career ending injury shattered her dreams of playing professional soccer, Becca Brown wanted to find another opportunity to continue working within the world of sports. After working various internships durning her time at UNT, Becca took advantage of programs for students and found an opening within the Dallas Mavericks’ Organization.

From there, she paved her own path, and is now the Director of Esports for Mavs Gaming. In this episode of All In With Esports, Becca joins Lewis Johnson to share her journey from traditional sports, overcoming adversity, and what it means to her to have such a monumental position. She also discusses the work she’s doing to continue to open doors for women in the world of sports, and to fight for equal pay.
