As of 2021, there were 3.5 million unfilled, Cyber Security jobs worldwide, and the estimated cost of cybercrime in 2021 will be $6 billion. 

After experiencing this first hand, watching former military veterans not get jobs they were qualified for in Cyber Security, and seeing this major need, Nigel Leblanc decided to take matters into his own hands by creating the Cyber Warrior Network.
