Rebecca is the co-founder and CEO of the*gameHERs, arguably the largest community of female gamers. She is also one of the Esports Trade Association’s Board Members. Rebecca was the Managing Director of Advertising and Strategic Partnerships at @mommybites and counts over 20 years of experience in advertising, marketing, brand partnerships, and community building. 

Throughout our conversation, we delve into the challenges most females face regarding the opportunities and resources offered to them to join the gaming and esports industry. We discuss how games have been historically branded to male gamers and the difference between genders in how they identify themselves concerning their gaming tendencies.
